Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to return

To start a return, please contact us at awmodels.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos to verify the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.
