Although it is a vintage machine that carries a strong sense of nostalgia, the Super Dog Fighter already demonstrates excellent off-road performance. This naturally raises the question: what would happen if this machine were tuned even further?
The result of that ambition is the Works ’91 Team Spec — a new concept where a vintage car evolves into something even more capable.
The main chassis and shock towers have been upgraded to graphite, while additional high-end components such as a graphite steering post plate, rear bulk spacers, and aluminium upper deck posts significantly improve chassis rigidity.
Performance has also been enhanced with revised suspension geometry, including changes to the inner suspension pin torque rod and stabilizer mounting positions, as well as extended rear shocks. These upgrades greatly improve the vehicle’s off-road capability and stability.
Black resin materials are used for the bulkheads and rod ends, giving the entire machine a more solid and aggressive appearance. The result is a unique driving experience with a character that differs from the standard model.
